Selfridges, Oxford Street

Since October 2011 we have been providing Design Development services to one of the UK’s Premier Specialist Fit-out Contractors on major upgrade works to the iconic Selfridges Department Store on London’s Oxford Street. Working closely with the Architects, Engineers and Concept Designers, the refit of the Womenswear Luxury brand areas consisted of a wide variety of materials and included:

• Marble Flooring & Feature Marble clad glazed screens
• Getacore clad portals
• Fire Doorsets
• Upgrade of the escalators to include Glazed Balustrade panels, Corian fascia, Patinated Brass cappings & Feature iGuzzini lighting
• Fabric Panels & Patinated Brass features to VIP fitting Rooms
• Fibrous Plaster Columns & Cornices
• Co-ordinating the design and integration of specialised Fire Curtains & Fire Concertinas
• Window Linings & Trench Heater Casings

Along with extensive Documentation control, Management of RFI’s, Sample Registers & Drawings issues our brief included the full co-ordination with relevant suppliers and sub-contractors.
